Yes — please sign up through our website or app before class. You’ll complete a quick waiver during checkout, or you can arrive 15 minutes early to fill it out in person.
Bring a yoga mat, a long towel, and water. Complimentary mat and towel rentals are included on your first visit. After that, you’re welcome to rent or purchase from the studio.
Light, breathable clothes that let you move and sweat comfortably. Avoid heavy fabrics like cotton — the studio stays warm and you’ll want to feel free in your movement.
Arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, set up your mat, and meet your teacher. Doors close promptly at class start time to preserve the experience for everyone.
Absolutely. Every SANA class is all-level friendly. You’ll be guided to move with your breath, honor your limits, and grow at your own pace. No experience required — just an open mind.
Our SANA Yoga classes are heated for strength and detox (typically 100-105°). Hot Pilates and Flow classes are gently heated (around 90–95°), while Ashtanga, Gentle Flow and Yin/Reset are non-heated for a grounding, restorative experience.
Start with SANA Yoga to get familiar with our breath-to-movement rhythm. We recommend 3–4 classes in your first week to acclimate to the heat and find your flow — take breaks anytime you need. Once you’re comfortable, explore Hot Pilates for sculpting strength, Flow for creative movement, or Ashtanga for discipline and progression. For recovery, Gentle Flow and Yin/Reset are perfect resets for body and mind.

We get it — life happens. Please cancel at least 2 hours before class (12 hours for the early morning classes) so we can open your spot for another student and keep the flow running smoothly. Yes — sessions must be booked in advance to ensure availability. Because space is limited, booking ahead guarantees your recovery time and helps us prepare your setup.
If you’re new, start with 10–15 minutes and work up gradually to 25–30 minutes as your body adjusts. Each session is designed for post-class recovery, not before hot yoga or Pilates.
Our infrared sauna uses a blend of Spectrum LED near-infrared and red-light therapy, warming your body from the inside out (typically 140–160°F).
Our cold plunge is maintained around 50°F for optimal recovery and circulation benefits.
Contrast therapy supports muscle recovery, circulation, and mental clarity. The sauna promotes detoxification, cardiovascular health, healing, and relaxation as well as the benefits of red light and chromothery, while the cold plunge reduces inflammation and boosts energy and resilience.
Bring water and a change of clothes if desired. We provide three towels per session — one to sit on, one for the floor, and one to towel off. You’ll also have access to VitaClean showers to refresh afterward.
Yes. For hygiene and the best infrared absorption, please arrive freshly showered with no sweat, oils, lotions, or perfumes.
Phones are not recommended inside the sauna due to heat exposure. You can connect to Bluetooth to play your own music or request a spa/meditative playlist from our team.
Yes — alternating between hot and cold boosts recovery and circulation. Most guests enjoy 8-10 minutes in the sauna, 1–2 minutes in the plunge, and repeat for up to three rounds. Listen to your body and exit if you feel dizzy or light-headed.
Most clients benefit from 2–4 sessions per week. Consistent use amplifies benefits for recovery, sleep, and stress regulation.
Avoid use if you are pregnant, ill, feverish, sunburned, under the influence, or have medical implants or open wounds. Consult your doctor if you have heart conditions, blood pressure concerns, or other health issues.
Exit immediately and notify a team member. We always have staff on-site to assist and monitor guest safety.
Sauna and cold plunge sessions are open to ages 18+ or 16+ with a parent or guardian present.
Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Replenish electrolytes afterward and give yourself at least 10 minutes to cool down before returning to movement or outdoor heat.
Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to allow others to book. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee during peak seasons or popular time slots.
